Evaporator Core: Service and Repair
Evaporator Removal and Installation

Remove the heater. See: Heater Core Case/Service and Repair

Disconnect fresh air blower wiring (A) and remove blower (B).
-
Pry off retaining clips for evaporator housing halves, using a screwdriver.
-
Remove seal (A) at A/C inlet/outlet pipes (B).
-
Remove air distribution case (arrow) from housing.
