Battery - charge indicator eye shows no-charge condition
A battery charge indicator eye is fluorescent and will not operate unless directly exposed to light. When checking battery charge condition by means of
charge indicator eye:

Fully remove the battery cover.

Check condition in sunlight or expose the indicator eye to other suitable light source while checking.
