Trim Panel: Service and Repair
C-Pillar

C-pillar Trim, Removing And Installing 

NOTE:  Removal and installation is described for the left-hand side of the vehicle. Removal and installation for the right-hand side is performed in the
same manner.

Removing 

-

Switch off ignition.

4-door vehicles 

-

Remove seat bench.

-

Remove 4-door side upholstery:
-

With rear side airbags.

-

Without rear side airbags.

2-door vehicles 

-

Remove upper B-pillar trim. Belt anchor or belt anchor rail do not need to be removed from front seat belt.

-

Remove seat bench.

-

Remove backrest.

-

Remove side trim.

All vehicles 

-

Remove luggage compartment cover side compartment.

-

Remove roof end strip.

-

Remove airbag emblem - 1 - and remove screw - 2 - (4 Nm).

NOTE:  When re-installing, airbag emblem - 1 - must be replaced.

Remove nut - 3 - (1.5 Nm).

-

Loosen trim from threaded pins in nut - 3 - - arrow A -.

-

Remove trim from mounts - arrow B - and door seal tubing.
