Place Headlamp Beam Adjusting Motor -1- in headlamp in position shown in illustration.

Raise low beam reflector slightly and pivot positioning motor ball head -1- so that it can slide in -direction of arrow- into ball head mount -2-.

Raise low beam reflector slightly and rotate Headlamp Beam Adjusting Motor -1- in -direction of arrow- as far as stop.

Install both Headlamp Beam Adjusting Motor bolts and install cover cap.
CAUTION: When installing the cover cap, make sure the cap is properly seated. Water intrusion will damage headlamp.

Seal broken out assembly opening -1- with a plug ordered separately ETKA (Electronic Parts Catalog).

Check headlamp for function.

Check and adjust headlamp aim if necessary.
