NOTE:  The number of electrical connections depends on vehicle equipment level and market version.

Remove the nuts -arrows-.

Remove bracket with Comfort System Central Control Module J393.

-

Pull retaining tab -1- in - direction of arrow B - and slide Comfort System Central Control Module J393 -2- out of bracket in - direction of arrow A

Installing: 
Install in reverse order of removal, noting the following:

NOTE:  After installing a new Comfort System Central Control Module, it must be coded.

Harness connectors can only be connected and engaged when recesses -arrows- of harness connectors and bracket stand exactly over each
other.

Comfort System Central Control Module J393, coding

Connect Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System VAS 5051A.

-

In Vehicle Diagnostic, Testing and Information System VAS 5051A, select operating mode "Guided Fault Finding".

Using the "Go To" button, select "Functions/Component selection" and the following menu options in sequence:
