Swivel clutch pedal slightly downward and remove over-center spring - 4 - from mounting bracket.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, note the following:

Note:  Replace self-locking nut.

Insert over-center spring - 2 - from above into mounting bracket and hold spring end in installation position using Assembly Tool T10178 while
doing so.

The mounting area - arrow - for clutch pedal pivot pin - A - must be positioned vertically.

Insert bearing pin of clutch pedal - 1 - into bearing pan of over-center spring.

-

Press on clutch pedal slightly, push bolt through and tighten self-locking nut.

Now fasten impact bolster - 1 - in front of clutch pedal - 2 -.

Install trim cover on driver side, as well as covering under trim cover.
