Disengage securing clip -2- using a screwdriver and pull out of master cylinder until it stops.

-

Disconnect hose/line assembly or plastic line -1- from master cylinder and seal it.

-

Disconnect electrical connector -4-.

-

Unclip Clutch Position Sensor G476 on master cylinder -arrow- and remove.

Installing

Installation is in reverse order of removal. Pay attention to the following:

Note: Allocate all components.

If the hose/line assembly or plastic line was removed:

-

Press in hose/line assembly or plastic line -1- with new seal -2- on master cylinder connection -4- until securing clip -3- engages audibly.

-

Pull on line to check.

-

After removing Hose Clamps up to 25 mm dia. 3094, bring return hose back to its original shape.

Bleed clutch system.

All vehicles

-

Install battery carrier and battery.

-

If removed, install entire air filter housing.

-

Connect battery and observe the work procedures for after connecting the battery.
