Brake pads with specified direction of rotation
1. Right-hand side piston brake pad
2. Left-hand side piston brake pad

Before inserting new brake pads, press the piston back into the cylinder with the piston resetting tool. Before pressing the piston back, draw off
brake fluid from the brake fluid reservoir with a bleeder bottle. Otherwise, particularly if reservoir has been topped up, fluid will overflow and
cause damage.

Press piston back.

Insert inner brake pad.

When the brake pad is installed, the arrow on the brake pad backing plate -A- must point downward. Ensure that the brake pad is installed correctly!

Install outer brake pad to brake carrier.

Pull protective foil off outer brake pad backing plate.
