When tightening nut, the axle beam must be in the horizontal position (unladened vehicle state)
12. Hex bolt, 75 Nm (55 ft. lbs.)

If the welded nut threads in the cross member are damaged, the thread can be serviced with Heli-coil thread insert.
Servicing threads in longitudinal member, Refer to Sub Frame, Service and Repair
13. Hex bolt, 80 Nm (59 ft. lbs.)

Replace each time after removing
14. Rear axle bearing bracket

Check and if necessary adjust rear axle toe after installation
^
If possible do not loose when removing the rear axle
15. Parking brake cable clip
16. Bonded rubber bushing
17. Hydraulic bonded rubber bushing
Bushing must be replaced if leaking
18. Axle beam
^
Stub axle contact surfaces and threaded holes are to be free of paint and dirt
19. Speed sensor
20. Hex socket head bolt, 8 Nm (70 inch lbs.)
21. Bolt, 20 Nm (14.8 ft. lbs.) plus additional 45° turn

Replace each time after removing
22. Vibration damper

The axle beam must be in the middle position when tightening the nut
We recommend that the rear of the vehicle be loaded with the weight of one person when tightening
30. Stub axle

Straightening operations are not allowed!

Recutting the thread is not allowed!
31. Stone protection plate
32. Hex socket head bolt, 65 Nm (48 ft. lbs.)

Replace each time after removing
33. Brake caliper
