Turbocharger components, assembly overview

1. Oil supply line

From fuel filter, Refer to Item - 6 -

Fill connection with engine oil before connecting oil supply line

2. Union nut

Tightening torque, Refer to Item - 2 -

3. 22 Nm 
4. Union 30 Nm

Replace

Coat threads and bolt head seating surface with G 052 112 A3

Fill connection with engine oil before connecting oil supply line

5. Bolt

6. Banjo bolt

7. Seal

11. 25 Nm

First hand-tighten all bolts
