Measure resistance at terminals using Fluke 83 multimeter and jumper wires from VW 1594 adapter kit.
Resistance between terminals -1- and -2-:
^ 3-200 Ohms
Resistance between terminals -3- and -4-:
^ Throttle valve closed max. 200 Ohms
^ Throttle valve open Ohms
If resistance between terminals -3- and -4- is NOT OK:
