Unscrew securing bolt -1- for rear toothed belt guard -2-.

Unscrew securing bolts -6- for coolant pump and remove coolant pump -5 -

Installing 

Installation is performed in the reverse sequence. Note the following:

Moisten new O-ring -4- with coolant.

Install coolant pump -5-. Installed position: Coolant pump sealing plug faces down.

Tighten securing bolts -6-. 
Tightening torque: 15 Nm

Tighten securing bolt -1- for rear toothed belt guard -2- on cylinder head (place washer -3- underneath). 
Tightening torque: 20 Nm

Install toothed belt and adjust timing.

-

Install poly V-belt tensioning element. 
Tightening torque: 25 Nm 

-

Install poly V-belt.

-

Fill with coolant.
