Oil Filter Adapter: Locations

Oil Filter Bracket with Attachments Assembly Overview

Oil filter bracket

Removing:

-

Drain coolant.

-

Remove intake manifold.

-

Remove connection for thermostat.

-

Disconnect coolant hose from thermostat housing.

-

Drain oil filter housing

-

Loosen intake manifold support.

-

Remove oil filter bracket, bleeder hose remains connected.

Gasket

Replace

Oil pressure switch F1

^

1.4 bar, black

^

Checking

^

Tightening specifications 20 Nm

From intake hose

Vent hose

^

Due to 4-point lock, only disconnect when oil filter bracket is to be removed

Dust cap

8 -

Oil filter housing, 25 Nm

Remove and install using oil filter wrench 3417

^

Draining

9 -

Seal

Replace

Insert when oiled
