Pry off black cover caps -arrows- using screwdriver.

-

Loosen M8 hex nuts securing wiper arms, but do not remove completely.

-

Move wiper arms gently until they release.

-

Remove hex nut completely and remove wiper arms.

Cowl panel, removing

Tip: The cowl panel is clipped into a guide rail below the windshield.

-

Pull out rubber seal -1- and unscrew bolts -2-.

-

Remove pollen filter cover.

-

Unclip trim on inner fender (arrows) on both sides.

-

Carefully pull cowl panel out upward.

Overlay harness, installing

-

Connect overlay harness to Vehicle Speed Sensor -G68-.

-

Route overlay harness along existing harness to plenum opening as shown -arrow- (illustration shows -G38- harness installed). White dotted line
indicates general routing.
