Bring lock carrier into service position. Refer to Radiator Support, Service and Repair. See: Body and Frame/Lock Carrier/Service and
Repair/Procedures

Remove radiator securing bolts and take radiator with fan out downwards.

Vehicles with Air Conditioner:
Observe additional information and removal work. Refer to Engine, Service and Repair. See: Engine/Service and Repair - "Additonal Information
and Removal Instructions"

WARNING!
The air conditioner refrigerant circuit must not be opened. 

Note:
To prevent damage to condenser also to the refrigerant pipes/hoses, make sure that the pipes and hoses are not stretched, kinked or bent.

Remove retaining clamp(s) from refrigerant pipes.

Remove condenser from radiator and secure to lock carrier.

Installing 

Installation is carried out in the reverse order, when doing this note the following:
-

Replace O-ring if damaged

-

Fill with new coolant.
