Set wipers to service/winter position.
Tip:

Wiper can be moved to this position by switching ignition ON then OFF. Within 10 seconds of switching ignition OFF, press down on windshield
wiper switch.
EXAMPLE:
Location of plenum chamber cover with wipers set to service/winter position.

Open hood and clear any debris.
^
Position diffuser grille Part No. 1KM 819 415 9B9 over the top of plenum chamber cover.
