Disconnect vent line - 1 - (engines BGP and BGQ only), breather line - 2 - and fuel supply line - 3 -. Press in securing ring to disengage lines.

Disconnect connectors - 1 -, - 2 - and - 6 -.

-

Remove wiring harness - 3 - from transport strap.

-

Pull clamps - 4 - and retaining ring - 5 - out of retainer.

-

Remove bolts - 7 - and remove transport strap.

-

Remove Throttle valve control module J338. Coolant hoses remain connected.

-

Disconnect connector - 1 - and crankcase ventilation hose - 3 -.

-

Remove wiring harness - 2 - by carefully pressing off clips - arrows -.
