Blower Motor: Removal and Replacement

Fresh Air Blower

Removing

CAUTION!
‹› Switch off all electrical consumers.

‹› Switch ignition off and remove ignition key. 

Fresh Air Blower (V2) is accessible from footwell on front passenger side.

Remove partition --> [ Heating and Ventilation Unit Partition ] See: Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair/Removal and
Replacement/Heating and Ventilation Unit Partition

-

Disconnect electrical connection - A - from Fresh Air Blower (V2).

-

Remove screw - B - (1 Nm).

-

Release locking mechanism - 2 - and rotate Fresh Air Blower (V2) in direction of - arrow - and remove. 

Installing

-

Install in reverse order of removal.
