‹› Locating pins (T10096)

‹› Engine and transmission jack (VAG 1383A)

Installing Locating Pins (T10096)

In order to secure the subframe with brackets, the (T10096) must be installed in positions: - 1 -, -  8 -, - 9 - and - 18 - in succession. 

‹› The (T10096) may only be tightened to a maximum of 20 Nm, since otherwise the threads of the (T10096) will be damaged.

Replace the bolts for the mounting bracket in succession on both sides using the (T10096) and tighten them to 20 Nm.
