‹› Always replace.

Nut, 25 Nm

‹› Always replace.

Exhaust manifold

‹› Coat the stud bolts in the cylinder head with hot bolt paste (G 052 118 A3).

‹› Remove upward.

Heat shield

Bolt, 10 Nm

Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) (G39), 55 Nm

‹› Only use hot bolt paste (G 052 118 A3) to grease the threads ; do not let the hot bolt paste (G 052 118 A3) get onto the slits of the sensor

body.

‹› Use the ring spanner 7 piece set (3337) for removal and installation.
