Roof Trim Lamps and Switches

Front Interior Light Bulb, with Sunroof

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Trim removal wedge (VAS 3409)

CAUTION!
‹› Turn off the ignition and all electrical consumers.

‹› Remove ignition key.

‹› When removing and installing components in a visible area (switches, covers, trim, etc.), mask off the areas at which a prying tool

(VAS 3409), screwdriver) will be positioned, using commercially available adhesive tape.

Removing

-

Carefully pry the lens out of the Front Interior Light (W1) - arrow - using the (VAS 3409).

-

Press the - 1 - front interior light contact plate to the side - arrow - and remove the soffit - 2 - and the contact plate.

-

Remove contact plate - arrow - from damaged soffit.
