Place Headlamp Beam Adjusting Motor -  1 - in headlamp in position shown in illustration.

Raise low beam reflector slightly and pivot positioning motor ball head - 1 - so that it can slide in - direction of arrow  - into ball head mount - 2

Raise low beam reflector slightly and rotate Headlamp Beam Adjusting Motor - 1 - in - direction of arrow  - as far as stop.

Install both Headlamp Beam Adjusting Motors bolts and install cover cap.

CAUTION!
When installing the cover cap, make sure the cap is properly seated. It is destroyed by ingress of water into headlamp.

Seal broken out assembly opening - 1 - with a plug ordered separately.
