Storage Compartments, Covers and Trim

Steering Column Trim

Removing

-

Disengage steering wheel adjustment locking lever.

-

Pull out steering wheel and push it downward.

-

Remove gap cover - 1 - and upper steering column trim - 2 - out of mounts and remove upper steering column trim. 

-

Remove bolt - 3 - (1.5 Nm).

-

Remove the two bolts - 4 - (1.5 Nm). Turn the steering wheel so that the screws are accessible.

-

Disengage steering wheel adjustment locking lever.

-

Disengage lower steering column trim - 5 - out of mounts and remove it.

Installing

To install, perform the steps used for removal in reverse order.
