Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required
‹› Drift (T10060 A)
Removing
-
Remove insulation pan.
-
Mark direction of rotation of ribbed belt.

Pivot tensioning element in direction of the arrow to release the tension on the ribbed belt.

Align holes - arrows - and secure tensioner with the locking pin (T10060 A).

Remove ribbed belt.
Installing
Install in reverse order of removal, noting the following:
‹› Before installing ribbed belt, the generator and A/C compressor must be securely installed.
‹› Note previously marked direction of belt rotation and be sure that it is seated correctly on pulley.
