‹› Tightening specifications, refer to --> [ Intake Manifold Assembly Overview ] See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Intake Manifold/Service

and Repair/Intake Manifold Assembly Overview. 

Install in reverse order of removal. When doing this note the following: 

‹› Clean the sealing ring surface.

‹› Replace seal.

‹› The rim of the sealing ring must fit into the groove provided for it inside the intake manifold.

If the throttle valve control module was replaced, then the Engine Control Module (ECM) must be adapted to the throttle valve control module.
