Tip:
If software level is found to be at 11 or higher, this technical bulletin DOES NOT apply, further diagnosis is required.

Update Programming

Reprogram navigation unit with CD - Literature Number: RNS315FLSH11.

Insert key and turn to the on position without starting up the vehicle

If necessary, remove customer Compact Disc (CD) from radio, and store in a sate place

^

Insert programming CD RNS315FLSH11 into the radio Press the Start icon on the screen

Press Ok to start flash

Tip:
The flash will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

Once the software update succeeded OK screen is seen, remove the flash disc and store in a secure spot

^

If necessary, reload customers music CD

Tip:
If the problem still occurs after the update programming is complete, contact technical assistance by selecting the "Technical Assistance" tab in ElsaWeb
and follow the instructions to obtain a 6 digit access code.
