| Pull padding material into hoops 2 and 4 and the rear hoop. |
| When pulling in use lubricant (e.g. silicone lubricant spray -D 007 000 A2-). |

| Press hooking profile into roof leading edge. |

| Align padding material evenly. |

| Screw retaining bolts in centre on roof bracing elements 2 and 4. |
| –
| Slide clamping profile, tensioning belt, padding material into hoops 2 and 4. |
| –
| Install securing bolts/screws into beading along sides of hoops 2 and 4. |
| –
| Secure rubber cord to convertible roof frame with a bolt/screw. |
| –
| Install securing bolt/screw for guiding rubber cord and padding material loop to hoop 3 for convertible roof frame tensioning cord. |
| –
| Guide connection wire for heated rear window and hinge through padding. |
| –
| Pull rubber cord through loop on convertible roof liner. |
| –
| Press padding material clamping beading into convertible roof fabric retaining frame and secure with bolts/screws. |
