Full Open tolerance of flap mechanism is optimized.

Reinstall both rear head rest covers.

Close and open top several times while observing flap opening mechanisms to ensure top does not catch and pull on the trim.
NOTE:
It is normal for the headliner material to rub against the flap opening mechanism trim, however material should not catch and pull on the trim.
