Support E-40

-

Lift vehicle until the load on the front axle is relieved.

-

Loosen 12-point nut.

-

Remove wheel.

-

Press drive axle out.

Note:  
-

When pressing drive axle out make sure sufficient play is available.

-

Remove both guide pins from the brake caliper.

-

Remove brake caliper and brake disc.

-

Secure brake caliper to body with wire.

-

Remove cover plate.

-

Remove coupling link from control arm.

-

Release wheel speed sensor wiring from suspension strut.

-

Pull wheel bearing housing with ball joint out from control arm.

-

Remove drive axle from wheel bearing housing and tie up.
