Removing

-

Remove Push rod by pulling it out of attaching ball joints -arrows-.

NOTE:  Emergency release string attached to push rod has to be taken away from it.

Installing

-

Install Push rod by pushing it into attaching ball joints -arrows-.

NOTE:  To install Push rod, Large flap base and Servomotor have to be installed.

CAUTION:

-

Before Removing or Installing Large flap base, first remove Flap module from Side panel.

-

There is a risk of damaging painted Side panel parts.

Removing

-

Remove push rod.

-

Completely loosen hexagonal screws -1-.

-

Slide Large flap base away from Flap module's main frame.

Installing

-

Install in reverse order of removal.

Before Removing or Installing Bowden cable, first remove Flap module from Side panel.
