Lift left cover - 1 - of plenum chamber in center of instrument panel - arrow A - and unclip (front edge clips, back edge clamps).

Pull cover - 1 - toward vehicle center out of bracket underneath A-pillar - arrow B -.

Lift right cover - 1 - of plenum chamber in center of instrument panel - arrow A - and thereby unclip (front edge clips, back edge clamps).

Pull cover - 1 - toward vehicle center out of bracket underneath A-pillar - arrow B -.

-

Unclip trim - 1 -.

-

Remove bolts - 2 -.

-

Pull out instrument panel - 3 -.

-

Disconnect multi-pin connectors on rear side of instrument cluster.

Vehicles without cell phone retainer

-

Remove covers - 1 -.

-

Remove bolts - 2 - (8 Nm) and remove grab handle - 3 - from instrument panel.
