Oil Filter Flange Assembly

Oil filter flange assembly

1. Sealing plug

^

40 Nm (30 ft. lbs.)

2. Seal

^

Cut off seal and replace if leaking

^

Fits firmly on item 1

3. Spring

^

For pressure relief valve, approximately 4 bar (58 psi)

4. Piston

^

For pressure relief valve approximately 4 bar (58 psi)

5. Gasket

^

Always replace

6. Check-valve

^

8 Nm (71 inch lbs.)

7. Seal

^

Install onto sealing cap shoulder (item 8 )

8. Sealing cap
9. Retaining clip

^

Check for tight fit

10. Sealing plug

^

15 Nm (11 ft. lbs.)

^

Cut off seal and replace if leaking

11. 1.4 bar oil pressure switch F1

^

25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.)

^

Black

^

Checking, Refer to Oil Pressure, Testing and Inspection

12. Oil filter flange

^

With 4 bar (58 psi) relief valve
