Front speed sensor wiring, removing and installing

Special tools and equipment

VAS 1978 Wiring harness repair kit

Removing:
-

Obtain radio code on vehicles with coded radio. 

-

Disconnect battery.

-

Disconnect intake hose -1- and connector -2- off mass air flow sensor. 

-

Remove bolts -3-, -4- and -5-. 

-

Remove air cleaner complete.

-

Release control module connector (arrow -1-) and pull off (arrow -2-).
