Pull out seal.
CAUTION! Do not damage sleeve or leakage can occur.
Note: Replace sleeve if damaged.
Installing
-
Drive seal straight into sleeve onto stop.

Fill space between seal lips with multi-purpose grease.
-
Install axle shaft.
-
Install cone-head bolt into flange shaft threaded piece.
-
Install axle shaft to flange shaft.
-
If removed, install protective cover for right side inner constant velocity joint to engine.
-
Top up transmission gear oil.
Tightening torque
Flange shaft to transmission (cone head bolt): ....................................................................................................................................................... 25 Nm
Drive shaft to flange shaft M8: ............................................................................................................................................................................... 40 Nm
Drive shaft to flange shaft M10: ............................................................................................................................................................................. 80 Nm
Drive shaft protective cap to engine: ...................................................................................................................................................................... 33 Nm
