Power Trunk / Liftgate Lock Actuator: Service and Repair

Rear Lid

Rear Lid Remote Release Motor Carrier, USA, from September 2001

-

Remove rear lid trim.

-

Disconnect harness connector - arrows -.

-

Disengage operating rod - 1 - for lock carrier.

-

Remove cable from clips - 2 -.

-

Remove bolts - 1 - and remove wiring harness support -  2 -.

-

Install in reverse order of removal.

‹› Replace clips for wiring harness.
