Halogen Headlamp Range Control Positioning Motor, From 07.2005

‹› Always perform a basic setting to the headlamp whenever a positioning motor is removed and installed again or replaced.

CAUTION!
‹› Turn off the ignition and all electrical components.

‹› Remove the ignition key.

Removing

-

Remove headlamp.

-

Remove the cap on the back of the headlamp.

Remove the reflector - 3 -=> [ (Item 3) Reflector ] See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Halogen Assembly Overview, From
07.2005.

Remove screws - arrows -.

-

Remove the axle - 3 - from the guide in the reflector. 

-

Remove the positioning motor - 1 - with the bracket -  2 -.

-

Disconnect the connector - arrow - on the positioning motor.
