Release the plastic plug with control cable - 2 - from lid lock mechanism - 3 - in the direction of the arrow.

Remove the plastic plug with control cable - 2 - from trim - 1 - in the direction of the arrow.

Installation

Installation is the reverse of removal. 

‹› Before installing the trim, check the condition and seating of the clips of the trim and the plastic plug with the control cable. Replace the clips if

necessary. When threading in the bolt for the grip piece, apply locking compound.
