ABS hydraulic unit (N55)

‹› Location: At left in engine compartment

The hydraulic unit consists of the following components:

‹›  ABS hydraulic pump (V64)

‹› Valve block (contains inlet and outlet valves)

‹› Removing and installing => [ ABS Control Module and Hydraulic Unit ] See: Antilock Brakes / Traction Control Systems/Electronic Brake

Control Module/Service and Repair.

‹› Can be checked in "Guided Fault Finding" using (VAS 5051)=> [ VAS 5051, Connecting and Selecting Functions ] See: Antilock Brakes /

Traction Control Systems/Testing and Inspection/Scan Tool Testing and Procedures/VAS 5051, Connecting and Selecting Functions.

‹› Location: At hydraulic unit on left side of engine compartment
