Pressing Out Core of Hydraulic Bonded Rubber Bushing 

-

Attach special tools as shown in illustration on to rear axle.

-

Pull a plastic bag over special tools and control arm so that escaping oil can be caught when pressing out.

-

Press out core of bonded rubber bushing.

 (V.A.G 1383 A) with (V.A.G 1359/2)

‹› Edges of separating tool (VAS 6180/2 ) must make contact between collar of bonded rubber bushing and control arm socket.

‹› The word "Top" on the separating tool ( VAS 6180/2) must point toward the control arm.
