Technical Background
Whistling / howling noise comes from crankcase breather valve at idle.
This may be caused by routing of connection hose (rubber) between breather valve and intake manifold.

Remove upper engine covers to expose intake manifold.

Locate intake manifold change-over valve (arrow).

Remove securing plate -3- from intake manifold (change-over valve -2- does not have to be removed from securing plate); bolt -1- will be
discarded.

Set assembly aside (do not remove hoses).

Remove crankcase breather valve hose (arrow).
