Remove radiator grille. See: Grille/Service and Repair

Remove upper bolts -2-.

Remove quick-release screw -6- from below.

Remove bolts -5- and -4- (pointing upward) in area of wheel housing liner.

With a second mechanic, pull cover parallel out of guides.

Disconnect harness connectors of installed electrical components and hoses.
Installing
Installation is reverse of removal.

Make sure gaps are parallel and gap dimensions.
