Grease threaded head of 3203 seal remover, position and forcefully screw as far as possible into oil seal.

-

Loosen knurled bolt and turn inner part against crankshaft until oil seal is removed.

Installing

Note:  Introduction of PTFE-oil seals (identification: without annular spring, sealing lip has a wider design). The sealing lip of these oil seals may not
be oiled or greased.

Remove oil residue at crankshaft pin using a clean rag.

Attach T10053/1 guide sleeve on crankshaft pin.

-

Slide oil seal over guide sleeve onto the crankshaft pin.

-

Press in oil seal using T10053 pressure sleeve and T10053/2 bolt (M16 x 1.5 x 60) up to stop.
