Sliding/tilting roof with glass panel

Panel seal, adjusting

Check that pre-tension between panel seal -1- and body -4- is uniform all-round using a 0.3 mm thick strip of paper (a = 0.3 mm, a business card,
for example).

It must be possible to pull paper strip through between panel seal and body under tension.

If pre-tension is not enough, panel seal can be pushed apart with a wedge -3-, or if pre-tension is too great, pushed together.

Notes: To adjust the panel seal the glass panel -2- must be removed.
