Hex Bolt

Tighten to: 35 Nm (26 ft. lbs.)

Ball Joint
-

Checking. See: Ball Joint/Testing and Inspection

Check rubber boot for damage and if necessary, replace ball joint

Removing and installing. See: Ball Joint/Service and Repair  

-

Mark installation position.

If replaced set to center of elongated hole and check alignment

Self-Locking Hex Nut
-

Tighten to: 45 Nm (33 ft. lbs.)

Elongated holes are not for camber adjustment!

Air Guide Plate

Secured to control arm by clip

Control Arm Front Mounting

Hex Bolt
-

12 x 1.5 x 78 mm

-

Tighten to: 70 Nm (52 ft. lbs.) and turn 90° further

Hex Bolt
-

12 x 1.5 x 65 mm

-

Tighten to: 70 Nm (52 ft. lbs.) and turn 90° further
