Reverse Gear Clutch (K2) to Large Sun Gear

Remove/Install

NOTE:  Refer to Planetary Gearbox Disassembly/Assembly

Reverse gear clutch -K2

Disassembling and assembling, refer to Disassemble/Assemble.

Shim

Determining thickness

Adjusting clutch play between -K1- and -K2-. See: Adjustments

1 or 2 shims can be installed

1st to 3rd gear clutch -K1

Disassembling and assembling, refer to Disassemble/Assemble.

Seal

Always replace

4th gear clutch -K3- with turbine shaft

Disassembling and assembling., refer to Disassemble/Assemble.

Axial needle bearing faces toward small drive shaft
