‹› Pay attention to the position of the intake manifold flaps when installing: the flaps must be open.
‹› Checking the vacuum actuator for the intake manifold flaps. Refer to => [ Intake Manifold Flap Vacuum Actuator, Checking ] See: Testing

‹› Removing and installing, refer to => [ Intake Manifold ] See: .

‹› With intake manifold flaps.
from Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Canister Purge Regulator Valve (N80)
from Leak Detection Pump (LDP) (V144)
‹› 20 Nm
to Suction Jet Pump

‹› Replace if damaged.
‹› To the IMRC valve.
Intake Manifold Support
Throttle Valve Control Module (J338)
‹› With the throttle drive (for Electronic Power Control (EPC)) (G186), throttle drive angle sensor 1 (for EPC) (G187) and throttle drive angle
sensor 2 (for EPC) (G188).
‹› When replacing, adapt the Engine Control Module (ECM) to the throttle valve control module, refer to "Guided Functions" in the vehicle
‹› 7 Nm
‹› Ensure the gasket is correctly seated in the intake manifold.
