VAG 1551: buttons 1 and 3

Display will appear as shown 

Channel 1     Adaption xxx -> 
xxx  rpm     x.xxms  x km/h idling 

NOTE:

-

A value of 728 (equates to a specified speed of 860 rpm) is set by the factory in field Adaption.

Specified speed See Display group 50, Display zone 2.

Idle speed must not be adjusted outside of the permissible speed range.

Press Q button to enter input Display will appear as shown 

Channel 1 Adaption XXX Q 
Store amended figure? 

-

Press Q button to enter input Display will appear as shown 

Channel 1 Adaption xxx -> 
Amended figure is stored 

-

Conclude adaption by pressing -> button. 

-

Press 0 and 6 buttons to select Function 06: "End data transfer" 

-

Press Q button to enter input 

-

Switch OFF ignition.
