Door Handle

‹› Removing and installing the right door handle is described here. Removing and installing the left door handle is identical.

‹› Door handle remains standing in pulled-out position. Do not attempt to press door handle in, otherwise retaining tab on mounting bracket breaks

off and a removed door handle can no longer be installed.

Removing

-

Remove lock cylinder housing. Refer to => [ Lock Cylinder Housing ]. See: Service and Repair/Door Components/Removal and Installation/Lock
Cylinder Housing

Pull door handle - 2 - slightly toward rear -  arrow a - out of mount of mounting bracket.

Swivel door handle around in direction of -  arrow b -.

Remove door handle at right angle - arrow c - to door from mounting bracket - 1 -.

Installation

Insert door handle - 1 - at right angle to door -  arrow a - into mounting bracket - 2 -.
