• ‒ Removing front bumper and bumper carrier .
• ‒ Disconnect bowden cable -3 - on lock and disconnect electrical connections.
• ‒ Disconnect connections on headlight housing.
• ‒ Disconnect headlight washer system at T-piece (if fitted).
• ‒ Disconnect connections to charge air cooler (if fitted).
• ‒ Drain coolant and disconnect coolant hoses from radiator.

=> Repair group 19; Draining and filling coolant.

• ‒ The refrigerant circuit must be drained on vehicles with air conditioner.

=> Heating, air conditioning; Repair group 87.

• ‒ Remove screws -2 - and bolts -7 - and pull off lock carrier with attachments.
• ‒ Unbolt radiator and condenser from lock carrier.

Installing

• ‒ Align lock carrier to longitudinal members and between wings.
• ◆ Gaps/shut lines
