  • Blind rivet nut
    • ◆ Insert with pop-rivet tongues V.A.G 1765 B
    • ◆ Changed gradually in series production from 5 mm to 6 mm thread
  • Securing clip
  • Handle
    • ◆ Removing
    • ‒ Unclip boot lid/tailgate trim (handle is secured with one cross-head screw)
    • ‒ Unclip pull rod -9 -, lever out securing clip -2 - and take lock cylinder out of grip -3 -.
    • ‒ Separate luggage compartment lighting connector and if necessary unclip central locking operating rod.
    • ‒ Remove screws -8 - and take handle from rear lid.

    • ‒ Unclip boot lid/tailgate trim (hand grip is secured with one cross-head screw).
    • ‒ Unclip pull rod -9 -, lever out securing clip -2 - and take lock cylinder out of grip -3 -.
